What You’ll Do
Handle a mix of professional liability, medical malpractice, and administrative licensing matters
Draft and argue dispositive and substantive motions
Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
Analyze medical records and develop key facts for litigation
Conduct fact investigations into pre‑litigation incidents
Build case strategies and collaborate closely with partners and clients
Maintain an organized caseload in a supportive, team-focused environment

Comfortable handling depositions with autonomy
Active California Bar license in good standing
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Compensation
$120,000 to $170,000 base salary, depending on experience
Productivity‑based bonus program
