What You Will Do Consistently meet or exceed your quota. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and meet monthly forecast goals. Build and manage a territory plan. Self-source prospects and leverage internal tools to drive new business. Handle pricing and contract negotiations. Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts. Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
Qualifications A college degree is great but not required; what matters most is having the skills to do the job. 5+ years of experience selling SaaS (SaaS experience preferred). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Able to present a technology solution without the aid of a Sales Engineer. Proven track record of success against quarterly quotas. Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Docs. Excellent telephone sales personality skills; expert in CRM software solutions; prominent organization and presentation skills. Highly energetic and self‑starter; BA/BS degree recommended. Direct field experience working with enterprise accounts.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience selling SaaS. HCM industry related experience.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: USD $56,100.00 – $121,500.00 per year.* Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑ and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days, vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more. This role may also include bonus, equity, or commissions.
