About the Job
We’re looking for a General Manager to lead daily operations at Domino’s Pizza. The role requires judgment, math, multitasking, and a passion for customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all operations during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures and model the same for the crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, work schedules, food management, and marketing.
Maintain store cleanliness, profitability, and a perfect image.
Handle scheduling, attendance, punctuality, and transportation for staff.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and promote the Domino’s brand.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, change) and quick mental arithmetic.
Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure while meeting quality standards.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform routine kitchen tasks.
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to insured vehicle for delivery duties (if applicable).
Work Conditions Work may involve temperature extremes, exposure to food fumes and steam, and occasional outdoor tasks. Physical demands include standing for long periods, walking, lifting, pushing, and climbing stairs or ladders.
Advancement Opportunities Many team members progress from delivery driver to General Manager and ultimately to franchise ownership or corporate roles.
