Job Requirements and Duties As a General Manager you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including:
Cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Enforcing all policy and procedures 100% of the time and setting an example for your crew.
Staffing, paperwork, cost control, cash handling, food management, scheduling, perfect image and adherence to standards.
Providing great customer service, maintaining attendance, punctuality, pickups and deliveries, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Essential Functions and Skills
Accurately perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and make correct monetary change.
Ja ev er and verbal communication for processing orders over the phone and in person.
Strong motor coordination and the ability to navigate maps and deliveries.
Use of computer keyboard or touchscreen for order entry.
Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying 12‑lb pizza trays, and walking long distances with a delivery vehicle.
Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather, temperature extremes, food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Require good vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Driving responsibilities include delivering within a designated area and maintaining a safe driving record.
