Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza Domino's Pizza is looking for assistant managers who are natural leaders, comfortable with multitasking, math savvy, and ready to help guide the team, even under pressure. In this role you’ll ensure that every shift runs smoothly and that customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all shift activities, ensuring cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations are managed.

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.

Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, and marketing initiatives.

Foster a positive work environment and uphold the brand’s standards for appearance and service.

Ensure accurate cash handling and proper product preparation per Domino’s standards.

Handle phone orders, inventory updates, and equipment maintenance.

Offer assistance with delivery operations, including transporting and delivering pizzas.

Key Requirements

Minimum age 18 years.

Strong math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle monetary change.

Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.

Good hand‑eye coordination and motor skills for rapid, accurate movements.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.

Proficiency to read maps, navigate streets, and handle delivery logistics.

Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, and handle deliveries and store tasks.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Training & Support Orientation and on‑the‑job training are provided to ensure you’re set up for success.

Working Conditions The role involves interior work, potentially hot surfaces and sharp tools, on‑site deliveries in varying weather, and tasks that may involve loading and unloading deliveries. Employees must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ and perform tasks in a confined space, such as a walk‑in cooler.
