ProCure Heating & Air is a fast-growing HVAC company focused on delivering high-quality service to residential and light commercial clients throughout Central Texas. The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for expanding our HVAC service footprint throughout the Austin, TX area by developing strategic relationships with property management companies and owners of light commercial buildings.
Position Summary
This role focuses on securing maintenance plan agreements and generating consistent service work for our technician team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with property management firms, building managers, and commercial property owners.
Pitch and close HVAC maintenance agreements tailored for light commercial facilities.
Build a strong referral network to generate leads and service opportunities.
Conduct site visits and facility assessments to create accurate service proposals.
Coordinate with dispatch and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs and satisfied partners.
Track leads, proposals, and conversions using CRM tools.
Represent the company at local BOMA events, chamber mixers, trade shows, and other networking functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2+ years of B2B sales or partnership development (preferably in HVAC, commercial services, or property management).
Strong communicator with natural networking and relationship-building ability.
Self-driven with a proven track record of hitting performance targets.
Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting with clients throughout the Austin metro.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus (training provided).
Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Compensation Plan
Base salary of $39-52,000 (commensurate with experience) with the opportunity to dramatically increase your earnings through uncapped commission. The company also provides gas allowance and performance-based incentives.
