Estate Planning Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in creating and managing estate plans, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing comprehensive legal advice on related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Provide legal counsel to clients regarding estate planning, asset protection, and tax implications.
Guide clients through the probate process and represent them in probate litigation.
Conduct thorough legal research to support estate planning strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
Advise clients on family law issues as they relate to estate planning and asset distribution.
Stay up-to-date with current laws and trends in estate planning and tax law.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
Strong knowledge of trusts, wills, probate, and tax law.
Experience in family law and asset protection is preferred.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong client counseling and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
