Job Responsibilities

Serve as an expert on agent orchestration architecture and best practices

Provide insights to Product and Engineering teams for developing the multi‑agent roadmap

Guide customers on enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices

Lead technical presentations and workshops for diverse audiences

Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and emerging use cases

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, AI/ML architecture, or a related technical or customer‑facing field

Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), reasoning engines, and AI safety concepts

Familiarity with multi‑agent architectures or autonomous agent orchestration patterns

Experience with enterprise governance and responsible AI frameworks

Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills across diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Adobe Experience Platform or related martech/AI ecosystems

Hands‑on work with LLM‑powered agents or tool‑based agent frameworks

Familiarity with digital experience, personalization, customer journey, or marketing workflow use cases

Pre‑sales, consulting, or architecture experience in a SaaS environment
