Founding Business Development Representative We’re hiring a Founding Business Development Representative to build Exante’s outbound pipeline engine. Working directly with the founders, you’ll be the first touchpoint with prospects and a key driver of our early growth. In this role, you will craft high‑quality outbound campaigns, create curiosity around our AI agents, and book meetings with finance, operations, and revenue leaders who stand to benefit most from our platform. This is a high‑impact opportunity for a driven BDR who wants ownership, creativity, and progression into a future Account Executive role as the team scales.

What You’ll Do

Drive top‑of‑funnel activity through high‑volume outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)

Run initial discovery to identify challenges in billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue workflows

Book qualified meetings and create a consistently strong pipeline

Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy

Continuously test and iterate on scripts, sequences, and personalization

Capture and share prospect insights to shape product and GTM

Help build the foundational BDR playbook that future hires will follow

What We’re Looking For Required / Strongly Preferred

Prior experience as a BDR/SDR in a high‑activity outbound motion

Experience selling into finance, operations, or HR leaders

Background in fintech, AI, or B2B SaaS environments

Entrepreneurial – a willingness to be resourceful and get things done without a lot of direction

Attention to detail – managing a lot of data and process

Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and compelling

Ability to quickly understand and articulate value to business stakeholders

Bonus

Experience in Seed / Series A stage companies

Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs

Comfort engaging VP‑ and C‑level prospects
