Recruiting Coordinator Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week) Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities Support the recruiting process from beginning to end with both candidates and internal stakeholders Post job openings, review incoming resumes, and conduct phone interviews for assigned roles Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates Communicate proactively with candidates, managers, and HRBPs throughout the hiring process Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets Handle new employee orientation Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree required 2+ years' proven work experience as a recruiting coordinator or recruiter Professional services industry experience strongly preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
