Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily, single family, and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including design, construction, and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project specifications and requirements.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure quality control practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the mechanical engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Familiarity with construction processes and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Competitive Pay: $120k - $150k + Bonus
