Job Overview Lead Domino’s store operations, ensuring staff meet company standards and drive profitability while maintaining a customer‑centric environment.
Responsibilities
Manage all shift operations, including cost control, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations.
Set an example for the team and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time.
Handle staffing, scheduling, paperwork, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.
Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications
Prior experience in food service, retail, or related management role.
Strong judgment, mathematical ability, and multitasking skills.
Accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and change handling.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Motor coordination and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch‑screen system.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and access to an insured vehicle (if delivery responsibilities apply).
Physical Requirements
Standing, walking, and commuting between the store and vehicle.
Lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs.
Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces.
Work Conditions
Store environment with occasional outdoor tasks and weather exposure.
Shift operations that require attention to detail and sustained focus.
