We are looking for a high‑level leader to oversee all retail store functions and implement the company vision through day‑to‑day direction of the entire store staff. You will drive high‑performance results in a fast‑paced, solution‑selling environment and focus on optimizing both customer and employee experience. You will also mentor the Assistant General Manager, complete required trainings, and attend weekly sales leadership calls. Motivating the team in every guest interaction will be key to our business success.
Responsibilities
Build, develop, and mentor the sales team.
Coach teams through the sales process using “Every Guest Every Time.”
Attract and retain top‑caliber employees.
Act as a brand advocate for Victra.
Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategy to showcase products and services throughout the store.
Ensure store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
Create and implement sales tools and initiatives.
Maintain store performance through inventory compliance.
Plan and analyze budgeting, forecasting, sales reports, and other business operations.
Drive traffic to in‑store locations and engage existing customers.
Own all store functions, including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other operational aspects.
Resolve guest escalations in a timely fashion.
Communicate company objectives and priorities and follow up with the team.
Stay informed of new sales promotions and ensure a complete solution for guests.
Compensation Base Pay: $43,888.00 annually. Eligible for a monthly General Manager bonus. Average all‑in pay is $69,572 per year.

Requirements
1‑3 years in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team.
Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November‑December).
Minimum age 18.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Training Requirements All sales consultants must attend a four‑day New Hire University program within two weeks of start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
