Overview
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect – Streaming, Data & AI GTM to join our Chicago, IL team. This role focuses on delivering scalable, resilient technical architectures that address customers’ complex challenges across streaming data, analytics, and AI services. Key Responsibilities
Represent the voice of the customer; bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap. Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges. Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public‑speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, etc. Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best‑in‑class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives. Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject‑matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures. Qualifications
2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures. 3+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics). 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within software development or Internet‑related industries. Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective. Benefits & Equal‑Opportunity Statement
