Corporate Staff Accountant
reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting and manages the corporate general ledger, including journal entries and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, GAAP knowledge, and collaboration skills. Responsibilities of a Corporate Staff Accountant Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports. Approve accounts payable invoices in approval software. Process voided checks and invoices. Set up wires via the bank's online platform. Prepare annual budgets and update weekly forecasts. Take on additional assignments as needed. Qualifications of a Corporate Staff Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. 5-10 years of accounting experience; experience with a medium-sized publicly traded company is a major plus.
