What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of health plan, PBM, and TPA clients in your region
Independently manage deals from initial conversation to close
Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation and signature
Oversee the RFI/RFP process in your territory from start to finish
Provide valuable market feedback during product and commercial strategy sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and 6-10 years of work experience
Experience in enterprise sales, with a history of closing large, complex deals
Solid understanding of US health insurers and the US healthcare ecosystem
Established network of health plan contacts
Proven track record of consistently attaining or exceeding sales quotas

Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
Comfort with navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
Desire to learn, grow, develop, and mentor future team members
