Job Description All hourly store team members perform the following duties and requirements:
Responsibilities
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.
Attend orientation and on‑the‑job training.
Essential Functions & Skills Required math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide quickly (calculator may be used). Must make correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for precise, rapid movements. Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
Varied temperature environments (36°F – 90°F+); exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust.
Standing most of the shift; occasional walking, walking in short distances.
Bulk deliveries: lift up to 50 lb items, carry trays of up to 30 lb, push/pull dollies up to 7.5 lb force.
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching – up to 72” height.
Use of hands continuous; required coordination for pizza dough, cutting and assembling.
Driver / Management Duties (optional) Deliver product by car, flyers, and door hangers. Requires a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
