Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU Recovery position with night shifts and strict holiday requirements.
Responsibilities Work in the Recovery (PACU) unit in a hospital setting Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week 13-week contract assignment No on-call responsibilities No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius Must be willing to work at least 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) Returning staff must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered as a traveler All requested time off must be submitted up front Returning employees must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Requirements Current GA or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Will consider candidates with strong acute care RN experience
