Health Solutions Product Manager Compensation $61.74 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Work within a global Medication Management Solutions portfolio supporting enterprise hardware and software platforms

Health Solutions Product Manager Responsibilities Manage enterprise-level Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes across hardware, software, and third-party solutions

Support customer transitions from legacy technologies to upgraded platforms

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and third-party vendors

Lead lifecycle planning including new product launches, in-market expansions, and end-of-life (EOL) activities

Manage project priorities tied to product lifecycle optimization and customer experience

Drive data analytics, business intelligence reporting, and performance measurement initiatives

Implement and improve scalable, repeatable PLM frameworks and best practices

Present project status, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders

Health Solutions Product Manager Requirements Bachelor’s degree in STEM, healthcare-related field, information management, or data science

5+ years of experience

in healthcare, product management, or project/program management

5+ years of experience

with data systems and BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Alteryx, SAP, SFDC)

Experience working in regulated environments

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a PLM role or managing PLM projects

Experience supporting product migrations, upgrades, and EOL processes

Commercial experience launching products and managing full product lifecycles

Experience managing third-party software and hardware vendors
