Senior Staff Accountant

What You'll Be Responsible For as the Senior Staff Accountant: Oversee general ledger activities and play a lead role in month-end and year-end close
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions as needed
Assist with audits, budgeting, variance analysis, and internal management reporting
Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
What We're Looking For in the Senior Staff Accountant: 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL and reconciliation expertise
Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or SAP preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
