Responsibilities The Construction Project Manager II plans, manages, and supervises construction projects while balancing budget, quality, and schedule. Projects run 3–12 months, involve multiple subcontractors and disciplines.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in construction‑related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred.
5+ years of progressive project management experience for construction projects, including infrastructure and energy reduction initiatives.
Additional certifications (CEM, LEED AP, EIT, PE) a plus.
Proficient with planning, scheduling, coordinating detailed project phases.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail.
