Guide the team in delivering high-quality, well-tested technical solutions with oversight on projects Own projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to maintenance Translate conceptual work into detailed technical plans for review by leadership and stakeholders Navigate complex systems to identify challenges and develop actionable plans to address them Facilitate code review feedback and knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team performance What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience developing software in a production environment 2+ years in a senior engineer role Production experience with Node.js and Typescript Proven experience in backend systems, designing RESTful APIs, and implementing business logic Exceptional communication skills, particularly in written formats like Slack and technical documents How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
