Oracle Services - Order-to-Revenue and ERP TMT - Senior Manager

EY’s Oracle Services practice is a national consulting practice that assists clients with large, complex, full lifecycle initiatives using Oracle and Zuora applications and technology. Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager focusing on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements and pursuits, managing teams to deliver high‑quality processes, solutions, or projects.
Oversee continuous process improvement, innovation, and the application of leading practices.
Maintain billable utilization, manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
Engage client stakeholders to understand needs and advise on solutions, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, design, testing, deployment, and support of SaaS solutions.
Serve as project manager collaborating with EY team members and external client resources across finance, IT, and operations.
Mentor and coach consultants at all levels, facilitating professional growth.
Conduct client proposals and pursuit activities; coordinate with pursuit teams.
Travel as required based on client needs.

Strong project management background and understanding of complex solution architecture in Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.

Self‑starter, continuously learning, and adaptable to evolving technology and client priorities.
Demonstrated experience leading and executing SaaS implementations.
Ability to influence senior and middle management executives and end‑user subject matter experts.
Strong decision‑making, policy, and procedural development skills.
Knowledge of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
Understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required).
8+ years of relevant experience.
At least 3 years of project management experience in a system implementor role.
At least 3 years of solution architecture experience with SaaS solutions in the Quote‑to‑Revenue process area.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and workstreams.
Experience with two or more of the following: Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Zuora Billing and Revenue.
5+ full lifecycle implementations involving Quote‑to‑Revenue processes.
2+ full lifecycle complete ERP package implementations including order‑to‑cash, record‑to‑report, and procure‑to‑pay processes.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
Willingness to travel based on client need.
Prior consulting experience (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or MS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Vendor certifications in Oracle Cloud Applications, NetSuite, or Zuora.
Experience in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
Exposure to CRM, CPQ systems, and downstream Billing and Revenue Accounting processes.
Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Experience creating Statements of Work (SOW).
