Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Lead, support, and motivate front‑of‑house staff during shifts
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure service standards are met
Collaborate with management on staff training, shift planning, and team development
Assist with opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures
Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a high‑volume restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in fast‑paced settings
Experience with POS systems and front‑of‑house technology
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
