Base pay range $100.00/hr - $100.00/hr

About the Role If helping families transition into a fundamentally different approach to education feels like your mission, this position places you at the forefront of that shift. Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete core academics in two hours each day using AI‑driven applications. The remainder? Real‑world competencies—public speaking, critical thinking, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects. No traditional lectures. No unnecessary assignments. Only accelerated progress and top 1% performance nationally. This approach requires a new kind of partnership with parents—and that is your focus. You will represent your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll conduct compelling information sessions, develop strong community relationships, and translate interest into waitlist growth. Your responsibilities extend beyond recruitment. You'll serve as the primary resource for families throughout their Alpha experience—managing concerns, fostering loyalty, and empowering parents to become vocal advocates for the model. This is a high‑trust, high‑autonomy position with measurable impact. You'll be stationed at one campus, present on‑site regularly, and accountable for tangible results—not simply executing a playbook. If you recognize that most schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
