Job Description As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction while maintaining Domino’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all shift responsibilities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set a positive example, follow corporate policy and procedures 100% and expect the same from the crew.
Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store image & standards, customer service, attendance, transportation, cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients, prepare product, accept and process orders.
Maintain inventory, complete paperwork, and clean facilities daily.
Receive orientation and training on the job.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone handling.
Proficiency with computers and touchscreen ordering systems.
Basic mathematics skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Required Skills and Abilities
Accurate quick arithmetic for financial transactions.
Verbal and written communication for order processing.
Motor coordination for rapid and precise work.
Keyboard or touch‑screen typing proficiency.
Physical & Work Conditions Work involves exposure to varying temperatures, fumes, dust, and uneven surfaces. Requires standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand‑task coordination. Proper handling of ovens, dough, and delivery equipment is essential.
Driving Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
Capability to navigate multi‑story buildings, adverse terrain, and traffic with limited space.
