Job Requirements & Duties
Operate kitchen equipment and stock ingredients.
Prepare product and receive telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete paperwork.
Keep the store clean and orderly daily.
Maintain signage, pricing, and promotional materials.
Oversee inventory control and cost management.
Coordinate staff, training, and communication within the team.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform accurate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly.
Make correct monetary change.
Process orders verbally and via telephone and in person.
Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Navigate delivery routes and read maps to locate customer addresses.
Handle adverse terrain and carry product up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrate good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Perform tasks with motor coordination and visual perception as needed.
Physical & Work Conditions
Working in varying temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
Standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Driving within a designated delivery area during shifts.
