Responsibilities
Build, develop, and mentor the sales team.
Coach and enact the sales process with the “Every Guest Every Time” philosophy.
Attract and retain top‑caliber employees.
Advocate the Victra brand.
Provide ongoing sales training to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Develop and execute sales strategy to showcase products and services throughout the store.
Ensure staff meet or exceed monthly success metrics and complete all training on time.
Create and implement sales tools and initiatives.
Maintain store performance through inventory compliance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analyze sales reports.
Innovate ways to drive store traffic and leverage existing customer base.
Own store success and oversee staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and all other store functions.
Handle guest escalations and provide timely resolution.
Communicate company objectives to team members and follow up promptly.
Stay current with new promotions and provide guests with comprehensive solutions.
Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $62,250.00 Monthly General Manager bonus available. Average all‑in pay: $101,579.00 per year.

Requirements
1–3 years in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Experience managing in a commissions‑based sales environment.
Proven track record of meeting challenging sales goals.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a complex setting.
Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and building high‑performing teams.
Basic interviewing and staffing knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of customer service, preferably retail or sales.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (Nov–Dec).
Minimum age 18.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This program may include overnight travel at the company's expense, and additional online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
