What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead a highly skilled team of Account Executives to drive year-over‑year sales growth

Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with overall company objectives

Execute value‑based solution‑selling strategies and nurture a consultative sales culture

Actively measure and evaluate the performance of Account Executives against benchmarks

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior‑level decision‑makers and influencers

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

10 to 12 years of combined selling and sales leadership experience in the SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics industry

Proven success in driving multimillion‑dollar engagements in complex environments

Demonstrated ability to manage a team with a focus on achieving goals and personal development

Highly articulate with excellent business communication and presentation skills
