What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
Manage a list of major accounts, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective account planning
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly with complex enterprise software
Experience engaging with C‑suite executives using a consultative sales approach
Strong ability to manage multi‑stakeholder sales processes and full‑cycle deals
Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
College degree preferred
Deep understanding of AI applications in legal operations
Experience in developing and executing account plans
Strong collaborative skills with marketing, product, and legal teams
