We’re growing fast and looking to grow our Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role is perfect for someone excited about SaaS sales, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to make a big impact at an early-stage startup.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research potential customers (CAD admins, heads of engineering, operations leaders, etc.).
Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls to build top-of-funnel pipeline.
Qualifying Leads
Engage with inbound leads and determine fit for Bild.
Ask smart questions to understand pain points with CAD/PDM/PLM tools.
Work closely with founders and AEs to refine messaging.
Share market feedback from prospects to help shape go-to-market strategy.
Experiment with new outreach tactics and iterate quickly.
What We’re Looking For
0-2 years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred, but open to hungry recent grads).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter attitude - comfortable building from scratch and wearing multiple hats.
Resilient and competitive mindset - you’re motivated by hitting goals and rejection doesn’t slow you down.
Curiosity and genuine interest in tech, engineering, and startups.
