Intalex is partnered with a well-funded AI healthtech SaaS startup in San Francisco that is looking for a Founding Recruiter to build their talent function from the ground up.
The Company
Post‑Series A AI / SaaS startup focused on automating critical workflows for healthcare provider groups
Product already live with multi‑site provider groups and delivering strong ROI case studies
The Role
Founding Recruiter owning full‑cycle hiring for senior/staff engineers and key GTM/ops roles
Build the entire recruiting engine: process, interview design, reporting, and talent brand from scratch
Future responsibility to oversee an ops recruiter for high‑volume hiring, while staying hands‑on with strategic searches
Salary and Location
$150k–$200k base + meaningful equity (salary is flexible on all roles we recruit)
San Francisco – hybrid (office + remote mix)
