The Growth Account Director will be responsible for expanding business within key accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple functions and business lines. This role combines strategic account management with hands‑on sales execution, requiring strong relationship‑building skills and a consultative approach. You will manage a portfolio of high‑value customers, develop strategic account plans, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives. Accountabilities

Identify and develop new opportunities to expand product adoption within top existing accounts.

Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships with key stakeholders.

Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.

Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand client needs before presenting solutions.

Track and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and customer data in Salesforce or similar tools.

Coordinate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless handoff and long‑term client satisfaction.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology or enterprise software sales.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in competitive markets (top 10% performer preferred).

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence executive‑level stakeholders.

Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities across multiple channels.

Adaptable and capable of thriving in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Experience using Salesforce and familiarity with MEDD(P)ICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.

Knowledge of open‑source technology or SaaS products is highly desirable.
