About the Opportunity
Jerry.ai is building the first super app to make car ownership affordable and accessible. In this high‑visibility role you will help scale our core insurance business from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B company. You will report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations and own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance. Working cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and analytics, you will create a seamless user experience and ensure ongoing carrier success to drive critical outcomes for our insurance marketplace (loss ratio, retention, and conversion).
Key Responsibilities
Own strategy, execution, and operational excellence of the insurance marketplace. Design and implement systems for quoting, automation, and carrier performance. Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience. Drive critical business outcomes such as loss ratio, retention, and conversion.
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc.) 7+ years of management consulting from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group). Proven track record of hiring and managing high‑performing teams.
