What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage a high‑performing client success team to ensure exceptional service delivery

Establish and maintain key client relationships, overseeing the day‑to‑day client success operations

Act as a key advisor in strategic business planning and execution for the employer

Monitor and exceed service line KPIs, implementing changes to enhance client satisfaction

Identify strategic business opportunities within the existing client base for growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field

Master’s Degree in a related field preferred

Experience in managing client relationships and leading teams in a healthcare setting

Basic proficiency with computer applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Proven track record of success in client success or account management roles within the healthcare industry

Experience in revenue cycle management or related healthcare services

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
