Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

This position requires physical stamina, as it involves significant Lifting and movement throughout the warehouse. A strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all company policies are essential. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Label and prepare packages for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Contribute to overall team performance and operational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred.
• Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with picking and packing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Awareness of PPE usage.
• Basic knowledge of Logistics is a plus.
