Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Your attention to detail will be key to ensuring that customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. You will work with a team to process high volumes of orders, utilizing warehouse equipment and technology to streamline the fulfillment process. Responsibilities include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for carrier pickup. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to quality are essential. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets. Safety is a top priority, and all associates are required to adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires consistent physical activity, including lifting and moving packages. Our logistics operations depend on the efficiency and accuracy of our fulfillment team. Training in safe lifting techniques and general warehouse safety will be provided, ensuring a secure work environment within our logistics hub.

- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
