- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and customs declarations.
- Verify that outgoing shipments match orders and are correctly labeled.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory systems.
- Operate shipping equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including some lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot any shipping discrepancies or delays.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
