Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specified products from warehouse storage, ensuring they match order requirements. This position demands precision, speed, and a strong commitment to quality. You'll work within a structured environment, utilizing technology and equipment to perform your tasks effectively, contributing to the overall success of our distribution operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on order pick lists or electronic devices.
• Verify product identification numbers and quantities against order details.
• Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
• Ensure the accuracy of all picked items and report any discrepancies.
• Operate order picking equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Participate in inventory checks and cycle counting.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or picking experience is beneficial.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 45 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following safety procedures.
