Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our operations as an Order Picker in Kansas City, Missouri! We are seeking energetic and accurate individuals to join our fast-paced warehouse team. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Locate items in the warehouse according to their assigned locations.
- Verify product codes and quantities before placing them in order containers.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Must be capable of Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies immediately.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret picking lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
