Job Summary:
We are hiring Picker/Packers for our busy warehouse in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from shelves, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring the quality of packed goods. Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable. Must be able to perform tasks involving repetitive motion and moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and Safety protocols. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Willingness to wear all necessary PPE . Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Understanding of Logistics flow is beneficial. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Verify order details against shipping labels and ensure all items are accounted for.
- Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Utilize required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and protective footwear, at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain productivity standards within the overall Logistics operation.
