Job Summary:
Our dynamic warehouse in Seattle, Washington is looking for an efficient Order Picker to join our team. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately and quickly retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to our Logistics operations and requires precision, speed, and a strong commitment to Safety. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial. Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order details. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and moderate Lifting. Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices and the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Stage orders for shipping and assist with loading trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow guidelines for safe Lifting and material handling.
- Participate in inventory checks and stock put-away as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Logistics processes.
- Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the picking process.
