Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify product identification and quantities before moving to the packing station.
- Transport picked items to the appropriate staging area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and warehouse guidelines.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory immediately.
- Operate pallet jacks and other light warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner to support efficient Logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all regulations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
- Familiarity with Logistics and inventory management principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
