Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Accurately document all received goods and update inventory systems.
- Unload trucks and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment.
- Coordinate with carriers for shipping and receiving appointments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all Safety standards.
- Properly use all required PPE.
- Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of materials up to 70 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to Safety regulations and workplace best practices.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving significant physical exertion and Lifting.
