Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
Ability to read and interpret order pick lists accurately.
Strong attention to detail.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Team-oriented and able to work cooperatively.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Commitment to workplace safety and correct use of PPE.

- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into shipping containers.
- Apply appropriate labels and shipping documentation to packages.
- Stage completed orders for shipping carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
- Strict adherence to PPE requirements is mandatory.
- This position requires regular lifting of items up to 35 lbs.
