Job Summary:
We're hiring an Order Picker for our busy warehouse located in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This role is fundamental to our logistics and distribution efforts, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and possesses a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Safety is paramount in our warehouse, and comprehensive training, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), will be provided. Familiarity with RF scanners and order picking equipment is a plus. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists or electronic devices.
  • Verify product accuracy and condition before moving to packing.
  • Stage picked orders in the designated areas for processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within your assigned picking zones.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures diligently.
  • Ensure correct and consistent use of all required PPE.
  • This position involves frequent lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is beneficial.
Ability to read and interpret pick tickets or digital orders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Team player with good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
