Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or electronic devices.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve picking and fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse safety practices and the use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
