Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is highly preferred. Must possess excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and frequent lifting . Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE . Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a significant asset. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems. Understanding of logistics principles and supply chain operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately document outgoing shipments, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
- Stage outgoing shipments for carriers and ensure timely departures.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the receiving and shipping areas.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external carriers regarding shipment status.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics department.
