Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Use RF scanners and other technology to verify picks and update inventory.
- Meet established picking quotas and performance standards.
- Ensure picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Proficiency with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
