Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker to join our busy warehouse in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring the right items and quantities are selected. You will utilize RF scanning devices and other warehouse technology to maintain inventory accuracy and facilitate the order fulfillment process. This role is crucial to our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction through timely and correct order delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders from designated locations using pick lists or RF scanners.
• Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
• Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
• Assist with packing and other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics flow.
• Meet established performance and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Proficiency with RF scanning devices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
